Mostly this episode is about information (and misinformation). Anri wants to find out what Masaomi is up to. Izaya is chatting with Mikado but I think if Mikado could see how evil the guy looks that would have given him a big clue.
Also Celty saves Anri but Anri has to pull out a blade to defend the two of them. Saika is also connecting with her children to find out stuff. It is creepy but also comforting. I’m conflicted.
