Summary: A Jovian ambassador has come to the Nadesico. At first she has nefarious purposes but she and the crew get to know each other. Then secrets are revealed (some surprising and some we’ve guessed) and hostilities continue.
The good: I’m rooting for the one Jovian commander, definitely. The bonding between the ambassador and the crew of the Nadesico is adorable.
The less good: I’m conflicted about a couple scenes between Irina and Akito. I love the angst and drama but it was hard not to cringe repeatedly.
