I’m loving the first opening animation and song. It’s abstract with textured tones and splattered paint. The ending song is also good and the animation is snowy and cute. It also gives background to the brothers, I think.
But my favorite part of the episode might be the little girl, Saki. She’s the daughter of the doctor who helps Yuliy out with his injuries.
When Philip and Yuliy become protective of her, it’s emotional. Also, how she converses with them is blunt but also logical. I love it. It also makes the events of the episode much more heart-wrenching.
