Shirayuki takes the apprentice court herbalist test, she also gets locked in the greenhouse with Prince Zen in the middle of it.
She also meets Ryu, the youngest court herbalist and she reads about Zen’s poison resistance training which makes her cry.
Zen and Shirayuki share multiple moments throughout this episode and I really like how much they support and care about each other. Zen also knows that Shirayuki wants to prove that she should be a court herbalist rather than have Zen use his power to just make it happen. Zen also speaks with Ryu about human relations stuff which is nice because Ryu is a good person, just not very good at dealing with people and communicating.
