We learn a bit more about Masaomi and it made me happy.
Mostly we get flashbacks explaining how he met the one girl in the hospital and Izaya. We also see a little of what happened between the Blue Squares and the Yellow Scarves. And wow, Izaya definitely took advantage of Masaomi here. I was cringing the whole time.
Anri notices that Masaomi is not acting like himself and follows him. I really like that. He can fool Mikado but he can’t fool her.
I will also note that obsessive love, in it’s most tame version so far, is presented in this episode again.
