We learned something about the Slasher and also get another cliffhanger.
Celty and Shinra get engaged. Not that I hate this couple but I like the idea of Celty and Shizuo much more. They are both earnest oddballs.
Celty goes to Izaya for information about the Slasher. The Mika mystery and Dollars stuff seemed to be the focus of the first half but the second half might be the Slasher and the Yellow Scarves.
